We start together on Monday 20 July. We stream up to 4 LIVE classes every day on Barre Body Online that get progressively more complex and creative. Join as a beginner, a barre superstar, or anywhere in between.
We go for 28 days. You set your own goal that feels stretchy, and we’ll support you to achieve it. You check in online or IRL. Expect to sweat, some sass and a whole lot of smiles. We’re levelling up together.
